How can I return an item?

Any purchase can be returned to us for an exchange or refund if returned within 30 days of purchase, even if your item is made to order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them, including hang tags and other labels.
Items returned with deodorant marks will incur a €10 cleaning fee, deducted from their refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging including the returns form that was sent along with your package, filled in with the relevant information.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How can I exchange an item?

At this time we cannot offer exchanges.
If you want a different colour or size to what you purchased, simply make another order through the website. We recommend you book in a virtual fitting with us if it's a sizing issue, to avoid making multiple bras for you if you are not sure on size.

What about returns shipping? 

Returns shipping is on us, with information on how that works being found on the returns form in your package, along with the address where you should send your returns to. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot cover the costs of any lost packages.


Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to acknowledge the return and a refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
If after 7 days you still have not received the refund yet, contact us at quoting your order number.

Faulty items

Should you have any issues with the quality of the items received, contact us at quoting your order number, complete with photo evidence of the issues you found in your items and we will sort out any problems.
