How much does shipping cost?

Spend €120 or more and you'll get free shipping.
€120 or less? Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €4.95 to all the locations we ship to.
Express shipping is also available at the following rates:
Europe & America: €19.95
Rest of the World: 25.95

* Shipping and product costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applicable to your order on delivery. For detailed information about what duties or taxes you may be charged, please refer to your local customs website. Our products are dispatched from Malta, Europe.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are sent via Maltapost tracked shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days for European orders and 10-20 days for International orders. 
Express delivery takes 1-2 days for Europe, 2-3 days for America, and 4-5 days for the rest of the world.
Please allow additional time for delivery during busy periods such as Christmas.
If you order items that are in stock along with made to order items, the whole order will be sent together.

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order online, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order for items that are in stock. Items that are made to order will take 1-3 weeks to ship out, with a better estimate of shipping date being shown on the product page.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number.
You can also log in to your account (or create one with the same email used for the order) and find the tracking link and tracking number under 'My Orders'.

Can I change my shipping address?

In the case of a wrong delivery address, email us at with details including your order number and the new address to deliver to.
The more information provided, the sooner we can try to change your information. Make sure to enter 'Urgent: Change wrong address' in the subject line.
Unfortunately, once parcels are dispatched we are unable to change the address.
