We recommend sticking with your usual bra size if you're interested in using the bra for everyday wear and other activities such as yoga, hiking, swimming, running errands, etc ..

However, due to the versatility of the Ambition Bra, we would recommend sizing up only in the following three cases:
- if you plan on using the bra to sleep in, size up in the underband for more breathing room (example: if you are a 32G, choose a 34G which gives you a size 9 in FITGAME sizing)
- if you are in the early stages of a pregnancy, size up in the underband to give you more room to grow (example: if you are a 32G, choose a 34G which gives you a size 9 in FITGAME sizing)
- if you've recently had a baby and will be nursing in this bra, size up in the cup for less compression (example: if you are a 32G, choose a 32GG which gives you a size 4 in FITGAME sizing)

If you are between two different underband sizes (for example: you wear both 34FF or 36F depending on brand and bra style), take your underbust measurement in inches on a tight yet comfortable setting and follow our measuring guide to help you make your decision.
