We would recommend sticking with your usual bra size if you're interested in using the top for everyday wear and other activities such as yoga, hiking, swimming, running errands, etc ..

However, due to the versatility of the Unity Tank, we would recommend sizing up only in the following three cases:
- if you plan on using the top to sleep in, size up in the underband for more breathing room (example: if you are a 32G, choose a 34G which gives you a size 9 in FITGAME sizing)
- if you are in the early stages of a pregnancy, size up in the underband to give you more room to grow (example: if you are a 32G, choose a 34G which gives you a size 9 in FITGAME sizing)
- if you've recently had a baby and will be nursing in this top, size up in the cup for less compression (example: if you are a 32G, choose a 32GG which gives you a size 4 in FITGAME sizing)
